The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, managing job postings, and conducting initial phone screens. The Recruitment Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking and reporting recruitment metrics, and providing support to the Human Resources team.
