This includes ensuring that the system is up to date, secure, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The HRIS Administrator is also responsible for providing support to users of the system, troubleshooting any issues, and providing training and guidance to new users. Detailed Job Description The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s HRIS system.
