They may also be responsible for managing employee relations, providing guidance and support to employees, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description A Human Resources Employment Specialist is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees for an organization. They may also be responsible for managing employee relations, providing guidance and support to employees, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Employment Specialist will work closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that all recruitment and hiring processes are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting job fairs, and attending job fairs to promote the organization. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
