1-2 years experience in a related field

Work with merchant team on PO revisions, tickets, size breaks and projections

Assist in collecting time and action information to ensure adherence to the product development calendar

Manage divisional shipments to field homes and direct to store

Skilled with Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS

3+ years of relevant experience

Confirm that checklists are submitted and completed accurately and on time

Confirm that vendor completion reports are uploaded and review for sign off

Follow up on punch list needs and return dates

Manage all HR Operations activities, to include payroll, benefits, compliance, on-boarding/ off-boarding and reporting

Manage payroll and benefits administration in partnership with PEO provider (Insperity).

Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace & Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc).

Experience working with a PEO, a plus

Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
