3 years related administrative or business experience required. Some supervisory experience preferred. Recruitment and training experience preferred.
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Develops, updates and/or revises informational flyers, brochures, leaflets and mailings.
9. Assists supervisor with the completion of grant applications, special projects and JCAHO and other survey preparations.
10. Mentors, trains and/or conducts orientation for new office support staff as needed.
11. May assist in coordinating administrative, secretarial and/or general office support coverage.
