Plan and manage human factors efforts across projects involving several sub-systems.

Minimum 5 years relevant Human Factors/Usability/Human Performance Engineering experience in hardware product development industry.

Apply knowledge of Human Factors principles and techniques to the design, development, and evaluation of hardware and/or software products.

Product development hands-on technical experience.

Experience in medical device development is preferred but not required. Open to Aerospace and Automotive background as well.

M.S. degree is required (Human Factors Engineering, Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction) Minimum of 3 years experience.

Familiarity with Human Factors/Usability Engineering regulatory standards.

1+ years Human Factors experience do you have within the aerospace/flight operation industry

3+ years of experience do you have researching and analyzing data

Excellent communication skills including written and oral presentations

Experience interfacing with all engineering disciplines and be able to work in a team environment and work independently as required

Experience in a role that required the ability to work in a collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams

Identify opportunities to improve training delivery through the application of evidence-based learning principles.

Translating user needs to requirements and product design concepts

Create and communicate project deliverables and manage time to meet project deadlines

Minimum 3+ years of relevant Human Factors/Usability engineering experience in an product development environment.

Experience with software and/or hardware user-interface design

Working knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology.
