Hris Generalist Jobs in Maine

At least 2 years of broad Human Resources experience with a solid base knowledge of HR principles, practices, systems, and regulations

Provide HR policy support, guidance, and interpretation to management and employees

Experience managing HRIS changes/implementations is ideal, Workday experience is a huge plus

Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with the HR team, employees & leaders within the organization, as well as vendors.
