A HPC Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of high-performance computing (HPC) systems. They must have a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.

What is HPC Systems Administrator Skills Required?

• Knowledge of HPC systems and architectures
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Perl
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of system security and data protection
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What is HPC Systems Administrator Qualifications?
