Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Monitor and assess patient's physical and mental health.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Perform medical screenings and assessments.

Document patient's progress and treatment plans.

Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Valid Compact or MN certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Previous experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control practices.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

Time-management focused & able to work toward a long-term goal or project, both independently and collaboratively

Minimum 2 years customer service experience required

Travel industry, hospitality, and meeting planning experience preferred

Customer experience focused with a genuine desire to help people

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills

Knowledge of Filemaker, Meetingmax, Basecamp, Slack, and Zoom is helpful.
