Supervise the activities of room attendants, public area attendants and turndown attendant in all phases of the cleaning operation.

Check work quality and make corrections and changes as needed. Assist in performance evaluations.

Responsible for assigning the daily work schedules for the Room Attendants.

Responsible for changing the status of the rooms as instructed.

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure that the cleanliness standards are met.
