Responsible for carrying out other management duties as requested by Executive team.

Hotel Management degree an asset

Lead and co-ordinate the Housekeeping responsibilities in all hotel renovation projects.

Previous experience in a similar role preferred (preferably minimum of 2 years experience)

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of talent from diverse backgrounds

Manage the selection, training and development of associates with an eye toward maximum associate satisfaction, productivity and guest satisfaction.

Other duties as assigned by the Director of Rooms and/or General Manager.

Five (5) plus years’ experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel.

Must have Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Opera preferred.

Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations.

Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and cost controls such as manpower, productivity and other expenses.
