Housekeeper Part Time Available Jobs in Michigan

Previous housekeeping work experience preferred.

Cleans and services nursing units, patient rooms, baths, bathrooms, and business offices.

Cleans windows and window sills.

Empties trash baskets and arranges furniture and equipment in an orderly fashion.

Uses necessary equipment and supplies in proper manner to accomplish job tasks.

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Education/Experience:

Meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.

Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality) with no restrictions.

Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.

Drives vehicle from community area to destination according to assigned schedule.

Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.

Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.: Qualifications:

Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures a plus.

Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to problem solve.: Benefits:

Load, run and unload the dish machine.

Complete dish machine temperatures, sanitation logs daily to ensure machine is working properly.

Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.

Dust all furniture (picture frames, credenzas, lamps, TVs, dining room tables).

Remove fingerprints and smudges (ex. mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc).

Thoroughly clean the public restrooms - wash sink, floor, toilet, etc.

Replace/replenish public restroom supplies as necessary.

Report immediately all damage found in a clubhouse.

Turn in immediately all "lost and found" items to club leadership.

Associates degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience

Experience with business-to-business customer relations
