Care Coordinator - Employee Health Center

BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA).
One year of experience as a MA in an outpatient setting preferred.
Completes phlebotomy through venipuncture or capillary punctures, ensures sample integrity and executes the crucial pre-analytic and analytic steps of the procedure.
Properly prepares, documents and administers medication in accordance with provider orders and ensures accuracy through verification of a licensed staff member.
Ensures supplies are available for providers, stocks rooms, and ensures all supplies and medications are appropriate for use and not expired.
Coordinates and maintains customer satisfaction/service and communication among patients, physicians and other internal customers.
