House Supervisor Shift Coordinator Jobs in Montana

In absence of the Care Manager assumes additional responsibilities as needed.

Assesses staffing requirements and anticipates patient care needs based on census, acuity and staff expertise needed for quality patient care.

Appropriately assesses the availability of an RN for patient transfer after evaluating in-house staffing requirements.

Sets priorities and delivers care in a timely manner. Delegates responsibilities appropriately.

Coordinates placement of patients upon admission, transfer and discharge. Maintains communication with the Care Manager.

Keeps Acute Care Manager and nursing supervisors informed of significant clinical and staffing events.
