Hotel Restaurant Manager Jobs

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.

Monitor and continuously improve service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience throughout the Stadium Club and Virtual Reality Rooms.

Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance the overall guest experience.

Work closely with the Outlet Manager to oversee organization, efficiency and policies pertaining to service in the dining room.

You will be part of a team that truly believes in the experience of both our guest AND our team members.

Direct and oversees all activities at the restaurant, in accordance with standardized policies, to provide efficient, friendly service.

Supervise staff in terms of guest service, cleaning, side-work, proper steps of service.

Work on the floor during service, the floor comes first before any duties.

Promote cooperative effort, team spirit, and good morale among employees (running contests etc.).
