Summarizes results of operations for management.

Run end of day process in property management software (PMS).

Must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures.

Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the appropriate manager as needed

Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.

Processes guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers.

Operate P.M.S. (Property Management System) and maintain security of system.

Input all sales figures into the P.M.S. and balance all accounts (Property Management System).

Experience hospitality industry in similar position

Pick up, count and maintain bank. Secure bank at all times.

Read the logbook daily, and record all pertinent information in the log book.

Process currency exchange and payments to guest accounts.

Education/Tuition/Certification Reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year)

Must have good communication skills.
