Overview A Hotel Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks in a hotel or resort. They are responsible for ensuring the hotel is in good condition and that all equipment is functioning properly. They may also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and responding to guest requests for repairs. Detailed Job Description A Hotel Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks in a hotel or resort. This includes inspecting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as performing minor carpentry and painting tasks. They may also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on equipment and responding to guest requests for repairs. They should be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems and have the ability to work independently. Job Skills Required
