Hotel Executive Housekeeper Jobs in Florida

Conducting daily room inspections to ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and Island Hospitality Management's standards

Manage human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions

Knowledge of budget preparation, payroll, and cost spending controls

Keep an inventory of department uniforms and supplies and make requisitions when you need to replenish

Forecast, monitor, and control budget components of the housekeeping department to maximize revenue and minimize expenses

Performs other related and unrelated tasks as assigned by management

Knowledge of applicable franchise standards and procedures.

Starting at $14.00 per hour

Makes beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillow cases.

Cleans bathrooms, scrubbing basin, bathtub, toilet and tile floor with damp rag and appropriate cleaners. Disinfects surfaces.

Replenishes supplies, and places clean towels on racks.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

1. Hotel management diploma or equivalent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

2. Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a supervisory capacity.

4. Excellent customer service skills.
