Excellent organizational and time management skills

Thorough knowledge of and experience with financial and information systems and the ability to communicate that knowledge

Manages the accounting, payroll, IT staff and IT consultants, and facilities/security staff.

Manages the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets

Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements

Experience working in the non-profit industry

Partner with DC operations team in the management of locations

Work with the Operations to measure and manage variable labor including variance analysis

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the areas of financial analysis, planning and accounting

Strong analytical, consulting, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

Submit a CAPEX report to Finance Department annually.

Implement opportunities for manager operational costs and boosting bottom line.

Carries out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Balances team and individual responsibilities; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit.

AAA - Four or Five Diamond experience preferred.

Spa experience, property additions and remodeling experience preferred.

8+ years of applicable experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, analytics, or investment banking.

Expert knowledge of Excel including PowerQuery and PowerPivot.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a great teammate excited to help build and grow the FP&A team.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

System experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, UKG, or other similar systems.

Technology/SaaS industry experience a plus.
