The preparation, assembly, and repair of various types of oilfield products.

Shipping and Receiving of repaired goods, as well as delivery.

Demonstrates plaster-working abilities through cast sealing and preparation, plaster mixing and pouring to produce a solid model with minimal aeration or

Plans and prioritizes the work week to accomplish routine responsibilities within the prescribed timelines

1 or more years of orthotic and/or prosthetic fabrication experience in a laboratory or private firm preferred

Certification and licensure with orthotics and prosthetics preferred

Sound knowledge in all areas of orthotic and prosthetic fabrication

Develop skills necessary to perform calibrations independently

Develop skills necessary to produce calibrations at a specified rate 

Ability to learn new skills regarding calibration and calibration processes

Previous laboratory experience is preferred but not required

Experience in computer use and basic knowledge of Word and Excel is required.

Have knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and associated safety requirements.

2+ years of experience/training on appropriate control systems equipment were preferred.

Have basic troubleshooting skills with meters, transmitters, RTU, and PLCs.

Must demonstrate advanced organizational skills.

Ability to pass scheduled assessments of I&E related knowledge ability to perform necessary job duties.

Experience with Emerson GE Rx3i PLCs including Proficy software along with ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic.

Experience with Omni and Spirit flow computers and associated software

Experience with satellite and radio communications equipment

Institutional knowledge of pipeline I&E instrumentation and electrical equipment related to control and measurement of purity products and feedstocks.

Experience with PLCs and flow computers other than the brands previously specified

Decontaminate Radioactive Labs and perform Lab surveys to ensure areas are free from radioactive material.

Transfer radioactive waste safely so that contamination is not being spread throughout the facility.

Prepare waste shipment by placing waste in proper shipping containers and evaluating dose rates.

Assist Health Physics Technicians on active job routines to ensure contamination is being contained.

Perform survey analysis of information gathered from labs.

Inspect and evaluate areas where Radioactive material is stored or used. routinely reevaluate to ensure areas have stayed satisfactory.

Experience with instrumentation including flow, level, pressure and temperature measuring devices

Experience with analog control valves and discrete on/off valves

Experience with starters and VFDs

Knowledge when working with low voltage (24 VDC – 480 VAC) power distribution, cabinet design, fabrication and commissioning

4+ years working with industrial automation systems

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must have working knowledge of all standard instrument and electrical test equipment.

Knowledge of 480V motor starters and control circuits, main switchgear operation and system configuration, feeders and tiebreakers.

Knowledge of emergency generator system operations.

Support and comply with all process safety, safety, health, and environmental procedures.

Participate actively in department/plant safety programs. Promote safety rules and regulations as well as environmental compliance

Perform analyzer calibrations as required.

Must have 5+ years’ experience in instrumentation or illustrate comparable level of knowledge.

Must have 5+ years’ experience in instrumentation

Must have 10 years of maintenance experience.

Must have experience working in a maintenance position on a chemical plant for at least 10 years.

Must have strong leadership, communications, and human relations skills.

Required to have all journeymen tools and have experience with associated power tools.

Basic technical, electrical and troubleshooting knowledge and mechanical skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Desired Soft drink industry knowledge

Desired SAP and Hipot knowledge

Experience with tools used include a plasma cutter, hand, air tools, hand-held devices

Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.00, depending on experience

Minimum of two years customer support experience in a technical environment, preferred.
