Overview An IT Hospitality Systems Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of hospitality systems such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, property management systems (PMS), and other hospitality-related software and hardware. They must be knowledgeable in the latest technologies and trends in the hospitality industry and be able to provide technical support to customers. Detailed Job Description The IT Hospitality Systems Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of hospitality systems such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, property management systems (PMS), and other hospitality-related software and hardware. They must be knowledgeable in the latest technologies and trends in the hospitality industry and be able to provide technical support to customers. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, as well as configure and install new systems. They must be able to provide training to customers on the use of the systems and be able to provide technical support to customers. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the hospitality industry
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
• Ability to configure and install new systems
• Ability to provide training to customers on the use of the systems
