Hospital Operations Administrator Jobs

Experience with ACGME accreditation, Adult Education, or hospital policy management.

Demonstrates knowledge of ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) program requirements, institutional requirements, and accreditation processes of teaching hospitals.

Two (2) years of progressive experience in management or supervisory/leadership roles

Provides input for the development and management of training program expenses budget.

Responsible for the GME Annual resident survey process. Manage questions, distribution, and collection for each GME/GDE program.

Attends the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMECs)

5 years of management experience preferred. Leadership background in a hospital setting overseeing clinical/financial operations.

10 years of progressive experience required.

Previous experience managing and creating facility budget and meeting facility financial targets.

Oversees and creates facility budget and moves resources within the budget to meet facility targets.

Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree preferred.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing.

Adept at conflict management with strong ability to negotiate differences

Possesses strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication and analytical problem solving skills

5-7 years of healthcare supervisory experience

Certification in an area of specialty or administration
