15+yrs of progressive technology leadership experience in engineering environments, ideally in a financial service/high volume/transaction business.

At least ten (10) years of relevant leadership experience in healthcare management, preferably in a mental health setting.

Collaborate with Fiscal Operations, Facilities, Human Resources, Staff Development, IT, and Area/Site offices management staff.

Direct and oversee admissions, discharges, and changes in levels of care to ensure utilization management.

At least two (2) years supervisory or managerial experience or

Familiarity with the principles and practices of management specifically planning, organizing, directing, motivating, controlling, and decision-making within the public sector.

Awareness of the principles and practices of organizational behavior including employee relations, staff development, and human resource management.
