Hospice Admissions Coordinator Jobs

Experience with pain and symptom management interventions preferred.

Fulfills productivity requirements on an average daily census basis as determined by acuity level and Administrator.

Manages daily visits and assignments for maximum efficiency.

1+ year of recent professional nursing experience

Hospice or end of life care experience preferred.
