Homeless To Housing Team Lead Jobs

Notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability.

Compiles weekly summary reports and reports to management.

Performs special projects as assigned by management to optimize inventory storage and fulfillment goals.

Generates record keeping transactions to update Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and moves stock around facility.

Minimum three (3) years of inventory experience in a warehouse or distribution center

Conducts cycle count inventory reviews, test counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.

·Bachelor’s Degree preferred and experience working in housing and homelessness programming

People with lived experience and expertise of homelessness are strongly encouraged to apply

·Experience and ability to coordinate meetings, conduct training, and work with coalitions.

·Excellent verbal interpersonal skills for telephone and in-person communication.

To help the Supervisor guide associates in RTC area toward production goals and quality standards.

Demonstrated experience in managing Housing First Intensive Case management.

Ability to work effectively with other employees, clients, users and management; promote and maintain a team environment.

Familiar with and supports all team members in the use of HMIS (Homeless Management Information Systems data base).

Five years mental/behavioral health direct care experience.

Housing First services experience preferred.

Experience in Oracle HCM desired.
