Working with and supporting Assistant Nurse Managers with education, management skills and educational opportunities

Providing ethical leadership and management

Staffing assigned clinics and contacting other Managers as additional needs arise

Supporting and facilitating student nurse clinical experiences, orienting new staff

Working effectively with other service lines, especially those with onsite or remote operations

Previous quality and workflow management experience preferred

Position will have direct management responsibilities for RNs, LPNs, and CMAs

Provide workflow management, guidance, coaching, and display subject matter expertise to provide thorough support for the team

Monitor attendance and schedule adherence and ensure staffing levels are met and maintained for daily coverage requirements

5+ years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse

2+ years of experience in a Primary Care setting required

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

1 year experience in pediatrics preferred.

Active listener, critical thinking skills and ability to reflect a professional and caring persona for patients and families.

NP Licensed in State of Tennessee
