Experience in residential renovations, interior design, and contractor management

1-3 years of construction and/or project management experience (all industries)

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar experience

Manage change orders and change order logs with in-field management and ownership

Run and manage on-going and final punch lists with superintendents and field management

Client management, communication, and support

Adhere to major hotel brand standards (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, etc.) with the skillset to understand and facilitate hotel operations

Validates that inventory management processes are followed to minimize shrink and ensure proper level of inventory.

1 year of experience managing a remote workforce

Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.

Manages all direct and indirect reports for custom installation projects to ensure accurate, on time and on budget delivery.

Oversees execution of all custom installation projects in their assigned area and engages the Home Custom Services Manager when necessary.

Develops pertinent partnerships to drive business results and improve the client experience.

Validates that inventory management processes are followed to minimize shrink and ensure proper level of inventory.

Experience in home modification project management, construction, cost estimation, or construction related sales is a big plus

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Preparing reports and documentation for each project, including cost estimates, progress reports, and final reports.

Comfortable with technology -- we use Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite
