Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge

Be a subject matter expert on the team with broad process knowledge to suggest and influence change.

Subject matter knowledge of state and federal insurance laws and regulations (preferred)

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills due to high performance environment

Knowledge of insurance related websites

Bachelors Degree OR equivalent experience

Strong relationship management and leadership skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements related to mortgage origination

Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial industry experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree; Juris Doctorate or CRCM preferred.

3-5+ years of experience as a financial services compliance professional, bank regulator or other comparable legal or audit experience.

Sound decision-making skills; able to make decisions independently and quickly.

Solid written and oral communication skills.

Previous experience in utilization management, case management, discharge planning and/or home health or rehab

Certification in Case Management a plus (CCM)

Less than 5 years of technical experience

3 or more years of clinical experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Experience working on a team performing auditing, quality and/or compliance

Interprets guidelines and federal notices to explain regulatory requirements

Creates HOME-ARP allocation process in compliance with federal requirements
