HIS Clerk Job Description:

The HIS Clerk is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the health information systems. The HIS Clerk is responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system. The HIS Clerk must ensure that all patient information is accurate and up-to-date.
