Define client targeting and manage client lists and experience packages for each HJ commercial event and other cultural activations.

Manage, develop, and upskill High End Client Assistant Manager

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.

Play an active role in the definition of the HJ event calendar and the proposed client experiences.

Support HJ events on site to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Knowledge of raw materials such as castings and findings

5-10 years‘ jewelry inspection experience

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge in Microsoft publisher preferred,

Support in-store trainings to upskill Client Advisors in gemstone knowledge and communication.

Manage product Life Cycle, defining strategy (new items, carry over, obsolete items) in coordination with HQ

Experience working in a luxury environment is essential

Gemologist or GIA certification preferred

Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring client advisors in a luxury retail environment

Professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and gracious in all interactions

Strong knowledge of gemology as well as jewelry manufacturing and techniques.

Superior freehand drawing skills, gouache rendering techniques and/or proficiency in Rhino, rendering software and Adobe Creative Suite.

A passion for jewelry accompanied by a strong sense of creativity, aesthetic sensitivity and openness to art.

The ability to read and interpret technical drawings to appropriately monitor development in conjunction with the workshop.

A strong work ethic with passion, curiosity, humility and a willingness and desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

This position is based in New York, NY.

Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings with management to identify new and/or updated standards and template needs

Communicate printing supplies and material needs to Management, organize printing supplies, and material ordering. Facilitate waste removal

Expert skill-set, with high effectiveness and efficiency in Rhino (grasshopper experience is heavily preferred), and/or SolidWorks, T-Splines, Z-Brush, Modo

Interface with Director, Manager, Designers and cross-functional departments on project direction, review of Concept Art / CAD timelines and issues

Support internal and external suppliers as needed by the project team to demonstrate product requirements and techniques

Ensure accurate and timely input to Critical Requirement documents

Knowledge/experience of a Laser Welder Machine.

Experience working with precious metals, diamonds and colored stones

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and multiple staff levels

Proficient in organizational, interpersonal and partnership skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to change responsibilities within the department to support business needs

Experience performing and troubleshooting setting repairs
