· Project or program management experience

· Develop Rapid Prototyping Requirements/Rapid Fielding Requirements Documents, Capabilities Needs Statements, and support Solutions Pathway Reviews

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

· Support and assist with efforts to translate CRH requirements into documented studies and analyses.

· Provide SME analysis of Joint Urgent Operational Need and Urgent Operational Need requirements.

· Provide support to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute resource requirements.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

Required Education, Experience or License:

Provide flight and ground instruction per standards defined in Cirrus policy and procedure documents in concert with Part 142 syllabus requirements.

Manage travel expenses in accordance with Cirrus company policies.

Process and maintain a deep level of aircraft knowledge and be a model aviator, flight instructor, and Cirrus representative.

Education and Experience/Certificates, Licenses, and Registration Requirements

Possesses knowledge to calculate weight and balance for all load configurations.

Must have experience flying in the wire environment.

Pilots helicopters transporting industrial development prospects to and on industrial sites.

Periodically conducts safety classes for other TVA helicopter pilots.

FAA Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Certificate and Instrument Helicopter Rating (Airline Transport Pilot Rotorcraft Preferred)

FAA 2nd Class Medical (1st Class required at some locations)

Total Flight Time = 2,000 hours

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

Ability to manage a small team of individuals.

Dependable with strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail along with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

Comply with label requirements and restrictions for the aerial application of pesticides.

Ensure any equipment deficiencies have been addressed and reported to the manager.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements

Maintain a high level of composure and good stress management

Factory trained and experienced with Airbus H120 / H125 helicopters preferred.

Law enforcement air operations experience preferred.

Applicable Federal Aviation Administration guidelines and all pertinent Federal Aviation Regulations as they relate law enforcement patrol flight operations

FAA Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Certificate and Instrument Helicopter Rating (Airline Transport Pilot Rotorcraft Preferred)

FAA 1st Class Medical REQUIRED

Total Flight Time = 2,000 hours

A passion for teaching others through strong communication skills

Experience flying business aircraft is a plus

Hold or have held an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating

Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs

Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program

Participates in the Quality Management System, quality procedures, and safety programs with those respective leads in the same organization.
