Proven experience as a Chiller Technician, with expertise in maintaining and repairing various chiller systems.

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC/R systems.

Clean and maintain station while practicing all Hops n Drops safety requirements.

Manages assigned work to meet a professional level of execution, on-time and to the customer satisfaction

Regularly provides input on development and training needs of the branch

Assists with the identification of material needs required for service delivery

Provides consultant level services for customers related to building system repairs and enhancements

Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction levels with assigned customers

Paid additional Continued Education Training available

Maintain communication with the dispatcher and service manager throughout shift.

Communicate vehicle maintenance and truck stock needs with the warehouse manager as needed.

A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment

Operating knowledge of Microsoft office and comfortable with hand-held devices (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)

Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness and safety boots to safely perform job duties

3+ years of experience working with commercial HVAC equipment

0-2 years of HVAC Experience

Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).

EPA Certification Preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer etc.).

Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness and safety boots to safely perform job duties

Respond to service requests to repair supermarket refrigeration systems, HVAC, checkout counters and other miscellaneous equipment.

2. Complete service reports, time sheets, expense reports, purchase records, etc. to document activities.

3. Maintain contact with Sunbury dispatch via telephone, voice mail and e-mail to receive new service calls.

5. Communicate with the Service Supervisor to advise on the need for further action when appropriate.

7. Train new Service Techs.

8. Work and drive safely, using appropriate safety gear and techniques.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Computer skills (interfacing with equipment, tech tablet for jobsite summaries)

Boiler and Variable frequency drive experience is a plus

Strong Systems knowledge (airside, waterside, controls)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Willing to work independently and follow OSHA and EPA guidelines
