Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chiller Technician to join our team in the greater Raleigh, NC area. As a Chiller Technician, you will focus on servicing and maintaining chillers, but you will also be responsible for servicing other commercial HVAC/R systems. Your expertise in chiller systems and comprehensive knowledge of other HVAC/R equipment will be crucial in ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities


  • Communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner, addressing their concerns and answering any questions they may have.
  • Service and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems, including split systems, rooftop units, and refrigeration equipment (not rack/supermarket refrigeration).
  • Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
  • Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
  • Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop/tablet and communicates clearly with customers and teammates.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot complex issues related to chillers and other HVAC/R systems.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to analyze system performance and identify root causes of problems.
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of various types of chiller systems.


Requirements


  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification in HVAC/R preferred
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex HVAC/R system issues.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC/R systems.
  • Proven experience as a Chiller Technician, with expertise in maintaining and repairing various chiller systems.

Line Cook Job Duties
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely fashion.
  • Adhere to all food production safety codes.
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Be able to adhere to specific timing standards.
  • Clean and maintain station while practicing all Hops n Drops safety requirements.
