Experience in a higher education environment.
Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders such as other referees, student managers, student participants, fans, and COCC staff.
Must possess some knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport.
Basketball Officiating Certification from an established Officials Association.
CPR Certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
Know and uphold all Intramural basketball league rules during competition.
