Project Management: Track timeline and project plans for the Model Community cohort. Organize notes, documents, and files.

Program Operations: Manage and track grantee engagement, communication, and reporting.

Authentically interested in how identity and race impact organizations, governments, and communities, and are able to speak from your lived experience

Experience organizing meetings, trainings, and/ or conferences, creating client-ready resources and tools, and managing multiple work streams, timelines, and tracking progress

Team Collaboration: Work in close conjunction with other Program Leads and Foundation colleagues to build alignment for program implementation.

Administration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of the project. Provide event support as needed.
