Experience with and strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Proven skills in providing consulting services, with strong problem-solving ability and teaching experience.

Experience with Helpdesk operations in a Higher Education environment.

Experience providing customer support in an IT environment.

Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols.

Work with management and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them.

Assist other IT Service Management teams when necessary to support resource capacity and IT service delivery.

Collect, clarify, and analyze data and business requirements for new or revised dashboards & reporting.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Experience with building tiles/dashboards in PowerBI

2+ years’ experience with PowerBI

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.Team Management:

Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network management, system administration, and user support.

Develop and execute the hospital's IT strategic plan, considering the unique challenges and requirements

Led and managed a global team of IT professionals, including IT administrators, support staff, and specialists.

Manage resource allocation and ensure appropriate staffing levels to support hospital operations.

Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect patient data and sensitive information.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Professional certifications in IT systems and management, accessibility preferred.

Bachelor’s degree with relevant certifications or equivalent technical degrees and experience. BS or MS in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.

Experience with supporting and providing access for persons with disabilities preferred.

Experience working in a remote environment preferred.

Conduct business-critical IT tasks and systems administration, ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities in collaboration with DRF/DRAF’s accessibility team
