Develops and conducts analysis and modeling to supports negotiation and management of alternative payment arrangements.

Works with internal and cross-departmental teams to develop actionable reporting for the management of total medical expense.

Significant Excel knowledge and experience working with large datasets, and advanced proficiency in SQL, SPSS, SAS or VBA.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Managed Care Health Care Administration or relevant discipline.

Five years related experience of health care data analysis.

Knowledge of healthcare terms and reimbursement methodologies is required.

This position is 100% remote

2-3 years experience in a data analytics-type role.

Proven experience in healthcare enrollment and eligibility processes (EDI 834)

Experience in identifying and resolving enrollment-related issues and errors.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Resources need to be local to Eastern and Central Time Zones
