4+ years of experience in data mining and wrangling of administrative claims data, EHR/EMR data, or complex relational health care databases.

4+ years of experience writing SQL queries.

4+ years of experience with Statistical and Analytics tools (such as SAS, R, JMP, Stata, Python, Tableau or similar).

Participate in tactical initiatives led by the Network Management department.

Introduce new Network Management employees to departmental analytic tools and reporting dashboards.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, business, information systems or similar required.

1-3 years business experience preferably in the healthcare industry and/or a technical role.

Knowledge of standard health care metrics for payer and provider reporting preferred.

Ability to interpret and scope customer (internal and external) requirements.

Establish production machine learning capabilities such as performance tracking, drift monitoring, and bias detection.

Lead the delivery of HAS analytics initiatives with high-level and ambiguous goals to advance the analytics capabilities of HAS.

Analytics Certifications such as AWS SageMaker, SAS, or DataBricks.

2+ years of experience building and deploying predictive analytics models into production processes & products.

Experience using interactive data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or Microsoft PowerBI.

Familiarity and experience working with Agile methodologies.

Learning and operating in multi-software applications (database management).

Utilize your ability to understand and complete compliance requirements

Keep current with compliance requirements and process changes

Managing the complex world of HCP & pharma compliance requirements.

Pharmaceutical meeting & event experience.
