Minimum of five years of combined experience in healthcare compliance, including in-house experience.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written; strong interpersonal skills in both one-on-one and group settings.

Provide practical business solutions that maintain the Company’s compliance within an evolving legal landscape.

Provide support on policy and procedure implementation governing business operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the Company.

Collaborate with Commercial Ops to support sampling activities, data analytics, and the federal and state transparency.

Exceptional analytical, writing, interpersonal, communication and project management skills required.

Previous experience working in a fully remote setting preferred.

Maintain technical expertise in current and future regulatory or accreditation technical specifications and audit and reporting requirements.

Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ CMS Part C and D reporting, pharmacy, HEDIS or related compliance experience

Previous experience working for a pharmacy, health plan, health system or vendor required.

Experience with CMS/Carrier sales requirements preferred

Assist in policy & procedure development and process audits as directed by the compliance manager

Good planning and organization skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) experience; Google Apps is highly desired

Experience with TCPA regulations, carrier complaints, and/or marketing compliance preferred

Healthcare experience/medical terminology with basic knowledge of immunizations Preferred and

1 years equivalent experience working in an educational institution. Required

3 Minimum years customer service experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and one-contact resolution. Required and
