Healthcare Communications Analyst Jobs

Complete day-to-day Product Management tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.

3-4+ years of Product or Project Management experience within a regulated industry such as healthcare

Experience with Medicare materials, Medical or Pharmaceutical materials, in a project management or proofreader/editorial capacity

Note: Product Management roles may include a blend of Product Management/Product Development responsibilities.

Contribute to analyses supporting product direction, advertising, pricing, budgets, profit and future development plans.

Identify opportunities to maximize product/brand exposure and sales and is an advocate and champions of their product's brand.

Experience in media relations, social media management and digital communication;

Project management and event planning experience;

Knowledge of graphic design software, website management and video production

Sustainable Land Management and Desertification including food and commodity systems;

Previous work experience with UNDP or a related organization and familiarity with their brand identity requirements is also an advantage;

Digital & Innovation - Innovation management:

Basic HTML and MS Office Skills 

5 years of experience in communications role or industry, specifically experience in a corporate role within a large organization, preferably retail 

Experience with Canva or HTML Coding/website building and design preferred

Writes, edits, gate-keeps and delivers content on behalf of business partners

Coordinates and participates in cross-functional teams to deliver needed communications on a project basis

Assists with the creation and execution of Communications processes, procedures and style guides

● Immediately escalate known issues and/or risks to appropriate management.

● Learn and become proficient in team project management tool.

● Familiarity with a project management tool overall, and with Jira and SharePoint specifically, is a plus.

The Business Project Analyst’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Oversee internal review process for multiple assigned prescription benefit communications.

● Collaborate with team and business partners to share recommendations and requirements from CRP Panel.

5+ years of professional work experience

Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports

Experience with communication, marketing or journalism

Ability to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms
