The call center staff is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers and resolving any issues that may arise. Detailed Job Description The Healthcare Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers. The representative will answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding medical billing, insurance, and other healthcare-related topics. The representative will also be responsible for resolving any customer issues that may arise. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Proficiency in computer applications
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
