Junior Healthcare Business Analyst

The typical day-to-day responsibilities of the individual in the role would be providing support the Delegation Team.
The Analysts will conduct data audits (validations) by utilizing Excel extractions and compare against Delegated rosters.
Once comparison of the data is performed pivot tables are require summarizing findings.
Additionally, the analyst will perform validations and create a Delegated TIN list among all rosters received.
This individual will work closer to Director of Delegation

4+ years of experience with SQL or other related databases with knowledge of SQL query to conduct data analysis.
Extensive data analysis experience, problem solving skills, documentation and solution development.
Adept at prioritization and project management with attentiveness to detail and consistent follow through.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other related field).
2+ years of working experience with a data reporting applications, preferably Power BI.
