Junior Healthcare Business Analyst

Position Details:

Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Analysts will conduct data audits (validations) by utilizing Excel extractions and compare against Delegated rosters.
• The analyst will be expected to review delegated roster data to ensure data is consistent, complete, and accurate across all our Delegated groups.
• Additionally, the analyst will perform validations and create a Delegated TIN list among all rosters received.
• This individual will work closer to Director of Delegation
• Once comparison of the data is performed pivot tables are require summarizing findings.
• The typical day-to-day responsibilities of the individual in the role would be providing support the Delegation Team.
• There are other analytical reports (ADHOC) that will be required like provider extractions and analysis on rates, PCP or Specialist flags, TIN’s etc. (based on business needs)
