Health And Wellness Specialist Jobs in Kansas

Nationally recognized group fitness, personal training, health/fitness instructor, or nutritional counseling certification required.

Must be certified in CPR/First Aid or be able to obtain certification within six (6) months of accepting the position.

Ability to assist and support preparing employees for fitness requirements.

Ability to assist benefits staff as needed for large benefit initiatives to include annual benefits open enrollment.

Ability to complete special projects when necessary. Must use problem solving skills and take independent action.

Must possess advanced communication skills, verbal and written.

Prepares and presents regular activity reports to management.

Evaluates wellness participant satisfaction for the purpose of providing a method for determining the success of the wellness program.

Follows the wellness budget guidelines for the purpose of complying with stated budget recommendations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
