Assists with the preparation of summary documents and reports in conjunction with Program Manager and Project Manager.

Strong communication, qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.

Experience within Health Services Research preferred.

Experience in biostatistics and epidemiology.

Minimum of 0-2 years' experience required.

Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life.

1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Learner Mindset: Is curious, open to feedback, and pursues learning and progressing new skills to continually grow and develop

Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.

Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.

Use deep knowledge of health care industry to provide timely research, analysis and interpretation to faculty member.

Independently manage all timelines and deliverables for multiple projects with competing priorities, while collaborating with team members.

Bachelor’s degree required, with one to two years of relevant experience in health care field.

Master’s degree preferred. Evidence of academic excellence and of prior independent research experience.

The Patient sitter works under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Assists the professional Nursing staff by providing direct observation (no direct care) of patients with behavioral changes.

Maintains a safe environment and engages the patient in diversional activities.

Reports any changes in the patient’s behavior to the nurse.

A day in the life of a Patient Sitter at Hackensack Meridian includes:

Experience supporting research project and proposal management and budgets

Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask

Knowledge and experience with public health approaches to prevention

Clearly communicate knowledge of the project purpose and objectives to clients when necessary and represent AIR in a professional manner

Intern, volunteer, or work experience in organizations that support youth, family, or community development a plus but not required

Strong teamwork skills and positive contributor to team efficiency

Performing hard floor care: dusting and damp mopping.

Performing carpet and furniture care: vacuuming, spot removal, shampooing.

Collecting and disposing of trash, soiled linen and recyclable materials. Replacing receptacle liners and recycling collection totes.

Cleaning horizontal and vertical surfaces: dusting, damp wiping, spot cleaning of vents, light fixtures, window ledges, door surfaces, etc.

Cleaning restrooms, cleaning fixtures and replenishing restroom supplies.

Changing curtains, draperies, blinds, and shades as assigned.

Proficient computer skills with fluency in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Excel, Google Suite products, and learning management systems

Excellent writing and editing skills

Experience conducting thematic content analysis using NVivo12 or similar qualitative research software

Knowledge of One Health in Rwanda including its key stakeholders, including in government

Ability to manage, organize, develop plans, and generate data to make decisions

Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to effectively collaborate with culturally diverse and interdisciplinary stakeholders
