Scale programs related to onboarding, talent management, and offboarding, working to reduce manual work wherever possible in favor of product-first approach

Drive a performance culture in line with Sword’s values through effective performance management and professional development

Build and develop diverse, high functioning HRBP, People Operations, People Analytics, and Total Rewards teams

Support cross-functional executive leaders on people topics to help deliver business outcomes while remaining compliant globally

Support employees in operating in line with Sword’s values in a flexible work environment

Identify and implement people metrics and analytics to measure the HR team’s effectiveness and identify improvement areas

Manage enrollment data and data systems including data transfers and the development and management of systems to meet PACE programmatic requirements

Manage and provide oversight to our TPA, PBM, pharmacy services, and other key vendors, including claims management, issue resolution, and receivables/payables

Experience in corporate finance, venture-backed startups, private equity, investment banking, or other finance-focused roles in high-growth and entrepreneurial environments

Prior experience building from the ground up or scaling a Finance & Accounting function at a high-growth healthcare organization preferred

Los Angeles preferred; relocation benefits offered if willing to reside in the Los Angeles metro area

Develop policies and procedures that meet applicable PACE program requirements

• Plain language health communication and health education skills

• Strong writing skills • Strong understanding of cancer genetics, prevention and detection and treatment;

● Work with FORCE team across pillars to improve plain language aspects of our health communication;

● Work with partners and consultants to assure that communications and materials are culturally competent;

• Ability to find and understand information on current cancer treatment and prevention guidelines
