Manage the day to day relationship with all wellness and work/life vendors and/or agencies
Facilitates Wellbeing Committee meetings in the organization and assists/coordinates the responsibilities of the Committee
Assess and improve the employee experience, making recommendations to leadership and executing corresponding solutions.
Manage and make improvements to the Company’s rewards and recognition platform and program.
Manage the employee review cycle process and ensure timely completion of review cycle tasks.
Have five years or more years of experience in employee engagement and wellness program development.
