Head Of Visual Design Jobs

- Proven experience (1+ years) in design roles either in a corporate or startup environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams.

- Experience is within the sustainability or ESG sector.

- Experience with prototyping and animation tools is a plus.

- A clear and demonstrated ability to lead

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.

Possesses User Experience Certifications (UX Master Certification, HFI Certified Usability or User Experience Analyst, etc)

Establish design process frameworks to guide the team to conduct effective user research, create high-quality design solutions and end-to-end experiences

Lead and oversee design efforts across all project teams, ensuring the distinctive user experiences that drive business value

10+ years of relevant leadership and design experience

Track record of helping digital organizations build design capabilities, create design process frameworks and build design teams in a customized approach

Exceptional experience collaborating between design, technology, and business

At least one year of relevant experience

No coding skills required, but must be very comfortable with technology

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Contribute to the product roadmap for our visual AI offering and ensure that it aligns with our business objectives.

A graduate of a four-year university
