The Head of Strategic Implementation will be responsible for leading the strategic implementation of the organization’s strategic objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and operational excellence. The Head of Strategic Implementation will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the organization’s strategic objectives are achieved. The Head of Strategic Implementation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic implementation plan that includes the following:

• Developing and managing a comprehensive project plan to ensure the successful implementation of the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Working closely with the executive team to ensure that the organization’s strategic objectives are achieved.
• Developing and managing a comprehensive budget for the strategic implementation plan.
• Developing and managing a comprehensive communication plan to ensure that stakeholders are informed of the progress of the strategic implementation plan.
• Developing and managing a comprehensive risk management plan to ensure that risks associated with the strategic implementation plan are identified and managed.
• Developing and managing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan to ensure that the strategic implementation plan is successful.
