The Head of Strategic Implementation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic implementation plan that includes the following:

• Developing and managing a comprehensive project plan to ensure the successful implementation of the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Working closely with the executive team to ensure that the organization’s strategic objectives are achieved.
• Developing and managing a comprehensive budget for the strategic implementation plan.
• Developing and managing a comprehensive communication plan to ensure that stakeholders are informed of the progress of the strategic implementation plan.
• Developing and managing a comprehensive risk management plan to ensure that risks associated with the strategic implementation plan are identified and managed.
• Developing and managing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan to ensure that the strategic implementation plan is successful.
